These terms are between Picture Speaks Photography, also referred to as PSP, and anyone using its site or services. These are general terms, conditions, and expectations for products and services made available and provided by PSP. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Lawful: PSP services shall only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of PSP services. Customers are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information on forms, including email and verbal communications. Any changes to your contact information can be submitted via PSP’s website contact page or directly to [email protected]. Providing false contact information, or failure to provide adequate information will result in denial of services.

Personal Information: Picture Speaks Photography only does business with state recognized, licensed companies. From time to time, PSP may use third-party printing and framing sources. Your identifying information may be shared with these organizations in order to complete an order.

PSP does not share or sell personal information.

PSP will disclose personal information in response to subpoenas and other lawful requirements.

PSP may occasionally send site visitors and customers whose email addresses it has collect, advertisements of new features and offerings. There will be an option to stop this process.

Sizing, shipping, and pricing: Sizing, shipping, and rates information found at Information – Picture Speaks Photography (aps1kwords.art), are extensions of these terms. Customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with this information prior to ordering.

Cancellations: Customers may cancel an order at any time before it is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped. Customers will be notified once an order is shipped. 

Copyrights and Property: PSP website text, graphics, images, video, information, software, audio and other files, are proprietary property of Picture Speaks Photography LLC. Said content may not be copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, sold, or exploited for any purpose in any form without expressed written agreement of PSP.

Security: PSP’s website is secured by an active, ‘Secure Socket Layer,’ or SSL certificate. We make reasonable attempts to protect your information by using physical and electronic safeguards.

Cookies: As with most websites, PSP uses cookies to gather information on how visitors interact with its website. Information such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, internet service provider (ISP), operating system, browser type, date/time stamp, are gathered.
